We use a decentralized, virtual operational infrastructure which we support through a program called Always On Management™, a strategic and best practices approach for geographically distributed teams to utilize technology to increase productivity and performance. Maintaining a virtual infrastructure gives us the flexibility to work with the right talent at the right time regardless of their location. Some of the technologies we will be using include:

• Corporate Intranet: a private communication portal used for secure billing, oft-used or privileged-access web links, documents centralization, e-mail invitations for prospective members, and much more;
• SKYPE: Internet-based telephony, instant messaging and presence (i.e., who's available).
• SocialText: Application for collaborative document authoring and editing.
• WebEx WebOffice: Web-based document management for final document storage and sharing and project management for client projects.
