Dealer Requirements: Dealers must register with the state using a U-4 Form. Dealers must also pass the Series 63 examination (waiver granted up to two officers of issuer). Examination mandatory for officers wishing to become agents. There is a $100 dealer registration fee.

Filing Fees: $300 for initial SCOR Offering

Official Recognition: Yes

Forms: U-1, U-2, U-2A and U-7 Forms needed to complete a SCOR registration.
