Dealer Requirements: Officers who do not take a commission are excluded from registration under 401b of the statue (Michigan Uniform Securities Act). Officers who do take a commission must register as an agent.

Filing Fees: A filing fee of 1/10th of 1% of the aggregate offering price at which the registered securities are to be offered in this state, with a minimum fee of $100 and a maximum fee of $1,000.

Forms: U-1, U-2, U-2A and U-7 are needed to complete a SCOR offering.
