Dealer Requirements: Officers and directors who seek to sell securities without a commission do not have to register with the state. If a commission is to be accepted, then they must be registered as a broker-dealer.

Filing Fees: 1/10 of 1% of the aggregate value of the offering to be filed in the State of Minnesota plus $100. The maximum fee need not exceed $300.

Official Recognition: No

Forms: U-1, U-2, U-7.

Instructions: Minnesota has not officially adopted SCOR, but applicants may still fill out a Form U-7. This application will be treated as a registration by qualification.
