Nebraska

Dealer Requirements: Broker-dealers must be registered with the state. A fee of $250 shall be assessed to all applicants.

Filing Fees: A fee shall be paid of 1/10 of 1% of the aggregate offering price of the securities offered the State of Nebraska. The fee shall in no case be less than $100.

Official Recognition: Does not officially accept SCOR offerings, but will accept Regulation A offerings in its place.

Instructions: Nebraska Securities Law allows that offerings that are to be placed over the internet need not be registered with the state if they are to be sold to non-residents of Nebraska. The offering must clearly indicate that the offerings are not to be sold to any persons in Nebraska. The offering must not be addressed to any particular person in Nebraska. To sell one's securities to citizens of Nebraska, the offerings must be registered with the state and declared effective by the Director.
